car accident axle broken
I believe I would rephrase the complaint. It should say "I got into an accident because I failed to control my car in the rain." I doubt the rain is the reason for the accident and I would assume it was a "one" car wreck since the axle seems to be broken.

There is no such thing as an accident. Nothing in this Universe-System occurs haphazardly. There is no chance, no providence, and nothing ever just happens. What is, is, and what happens, happens, because of the need to balance out the repercussions from the attitudes and emotions of fragment-entities, put into a creative mode through their thoughts, words, and deeds.

If you got into an accident, due to slippery roads, then maybe you should slow down in the rain. If you think the accident was completely unavoidable, then you need to buy new tires. Worn out tires is one of the main cause of accidents in the rain. Lots of people before you went down that same road in the same weather and didn't crash.
I'm not sure what "...how would it be to fix that?" means. You forgot to include the verb. Are you asking, "How difficult would it be, How expensive would it be," or do you mean, "How do I do it?"
I've been through this myself. My right axle sheared at a drift event last summer. I found a used axle on car-part.com for $75 shipped. It's an easy job. You'll need two 12mm wrenches, a 32mm axle nut with a long breaker bar, and pliers for the cotter pin. Good luck!

Contact your insurance, I am sure the axle and other related damages will be more than your deductible or do you even have insurance?
