Default Volks and spacers....hub rings needed?

I want to run 15mm spacers on my Z.
The Volks didnt come with hub rings and right now I get vibrations on the highway and I know its because of this. Tires balance out fine.

So when I put on my spacers do I buy hub rings as well?

I am thinking yes but its an additional $120 that I dont want to waste if need be

The question sounds confusing. So without the spacers you are having vibration issues on the highway? I just got different wheels and noticed the same problem as well and want to know why. But the stock hub is hubcentric, and when you do buy wheel spacers i would always buy hubcentric ones.

Plastic hub rings should cost about $12/4.

are the hubrings for $120 made of titanium? even aluminum ones don't cost anywhere near that

and yes, you need hubrings with and without spacers. The spacers are hubcentric, meaning that they are made to attach directly to the hub of your Z, but the wheels are still not hubcentric and that's what the hub ring does

we have both spacers and rings in stock btw

So the hub ring connects to your aftermarket wheels itself? Is there any pictures of these? Shouldn't they be made like that already instead of having the hub ring seperated? I can't find it on your website z1, could you pm me how much it cost for a set and are they universal.

I am sorry guys the vendor said hub rings where $30. I thought this was per piece, like they where some special 15mm extended hubcentric ring.

I will order them because the last thing I need is to be at the track and putting stress on my studs.

Its about economics. A wheel manufacturer can make the same wheel to fit different vehicles. Only difference is the center bore for various hubs. That's where the ring comes in.

If you are running anything but stock, you'll need hubrings, spacers or not.
