^^

my friend has the vreds on his IS350 and he says they are garabage.. I rode in his car and they are very noisy compared to my stock Potenza's, and he drives a Lexus which should be more refined when it comes to road manners. He also said the grip isn't any better than the Kumho SPT's that he had previously. He gave good reviews about that tire though.. my brother also has SPT's his RX8 and they ride great.. that's why it's on my list..

BTW my friend in the Lexus got the vreds 4,000 miles ago and he hates them now..he keeps telling me to stay away from the company.. Its up to you whether you can listen to the reviews on this forum for that tire or actually have someone give you a first-hand experience..

different cars react differently to different tires. They were not loud at all on my Z and they handled very very good.

I've driven an E46 M3 with them, and ridden in a supercharged Z4M coupe with them and both cars rode well, weren't any louder than other tires with similar tread styles.

Further...tread block size is a huge factor in noise, and they don't have huge tread blocks (like a KDW2) so I'm not too concerned. Mine are out for delivery so I should have more experience by the end of the day...

Performanceplustire.com 275/35R19

Figure in a couple months I'll get 265 fronts and have a decently square setup. If the 295's fit well, then I'll go 295 rear and 275 front next time.

Ok, so after having the tires for ~120 miles now (the experience in getting them mounted, and finding that I had a failed wheel bearing was long and drawn out).

The tires ride really well, same noise levels as the bridgestones (more or less, hard to tell with the bridgestone fronts). They have good grip, lots of tread (for the wet weather) and are cheap.

What more is there to ask for?

I'll post one, its going to be about the same, they are on my rear tires and hold well going from partial to WOT in first gear on asphalt (old), have good lateral grip, etc.

If they go crappy quickly I'll definitely post it.

Tires fit fine. $89 to take off old tires, put new ones on and balance. They fit fine from what the Misses said. I'll see for myself tonight.
