Default Need your opinion on these rims.

I know everyone and their cousin hates/flames on people when they get rims off eBay, but the guy is local for me so I'd stop by his shop and look at em before I purchase. Surprisingly not much of a weight difference between these and my stock 04.5 18"s. So here's the rundown. They're 20x8.5F 20x10R with 245 front tires and 295R! That's what I call a wide tire. He's letting em go for $1699 out the door. What do you think?

I honestly think they look horrible on the Z. Way too many spokes.

Yeah I must admit I like a clean 5 spoke wheel, but find a set for a decent price nowadays. I was looking at axis shines but I hate the huge axis label on each rim. But this is a hell of a deal for some 20" and tires. You know of any other 5 spokes I can get for the lowski?

I found these but I just don't know if a Z should be rollin on chrome. Maybe a G but I donno if a Z can do it. Anyway here are some pics of these.

Those look like they belong on a Chrysler 300. I mean if you like them that's your business, but I don't...and they would be a biatch to clean all the time.

I don't like 20s on the Z though period. For $1600, there are good used options that are better looking than those IMO. Brand new Rotas will be in that price range too.

Is that wheel with tires or without. To get a set of tires 245/35/20 and 295/30/20 will run about $900-$1100 alone. Don't feel like ponying up $1600+$1100 = $2700. I'd just shop around for a multipiece in that case.

If I were to buy some cheaper wheels today, these would be some great options IMO.

1. 18" Work CR Kai
2. 18" Work XD9
3. Rotas....any really
4. Enkei RPF1's or NTO3+m

I second this opinion. For $1700 you want something that may add value to your Z. Those just don't cut it

+1 or look for some used Volks or other high end wheels.

Sorry but those are very Honda Civic or ricey to me. I would invest in some good wheels that will enhance the Z instead of make it Fugly.

There were very good suggestions above. just do some searching and you'll find something very nice.
