read. The issue isn't that he painted the wheels, it's that there was absolutely no care taken in doing it. Someone just masked off the main areas and sprayed away on an expensive set of wheels, painting everything that was there including the rivets and valve stems. It's poorly done and that's too bad.

Its too much black and your tires look brown now. I dunno, I wouldn't have painted the lips and had the centers powder coated instead of painted it's far more durable.
You can take them apart its not a big deal, just mark them and use a mild thread locker when putting them back together. I pulled Welds apart on a drag car and marked them so the center was put back in the basket in the same spot and Weld gave me the torque and procedure to put them back together properly. It was no big deal. Work will probably say two step torque process 20-40 ft/lbs and star pattern with some light thread locker (ie NOT Loctite red).
I would pull em apart and re-do it properly if they were mine.
If you are happy with them then that is all that matters.

Thanks jadaniya. I wanted it painted that way. Sorry I didnt get to paint in your way but I wanted it painted that way otherwise it would have been done differently. I was looking for comments and opinions but you guys dont have to be an @sshole about it. im happy with them and thats all that matters to me because ITS MY CAR. plus it looks way better in person as well. All i asked for were your opinions and ideas.
About takin the wheels apart i just heard many people have leaks when they do. Even if i did i would have it painted exactly how i have it now.

lol at the arguments.
I like the look and I bet it looks great in person. No picture can really do it justice. Disregard the negative comments/opinions, everyone is entitled to theirs. Besides, its almost impossible to please everyone.
