An offset B has more clearance in the rear making it possible to give you a deeper lip on the rim (by pushing the center of the rim closer to the caliper). For instance, you could have the same width wheel (19x8.5) with the exact same offset (+24), but an offset A's lip won't be as deep as an offset B's lip.

Did that make any sense?

John, i've always wanted to ask, how do you deal with the pressure sensors? I went thru a hell of a time figuring out how to mount the sensors to my GT-C's. And now with winter comming, i'm going to put the stock wheels on with some snow tires on. I dont really want to unmount my toyo's just to get the sensor's out. I guess i could see about picking up another set, but i'd rather spend my money on something to make the Z faster. Anyway's, just wonderin how you set it all up.

dr cold,

didn't put the sensors on the sf-winnings since they are not made as a direct fitment to the volk sf or gt line of wheels.

someone on this board actually banded the sensor on the wheel and said it worked.

try a search on tire pressure sensors.

oh yeah, if anyone is interested in a set of tire pressure sensors, i have a spare set for sale.

I actually got them mounted. I found the banding thread someone posted a while back. Works pretty well, but the last time i had my rear tire off i noticed the sensor was a little loose. The rubber had come apart and it wasnt being held on very well. I figure i can just wait till i have to pull the tires off agian and see if i can fix it then.

BTW, how much are you asking for the sensors? I heard they where really expensive. Thanks for the quick reply tho man.
