Hey guys. I have two set's of Volks

(1) TE37 19's all around Time attacks.

The front left Te37 has a 3 inch long curb rash on the Red stripe. Its not to deep but defiantly took of the red paint.

(2) I also have a set of SF challengers Gold with chrome lip.

I just bought these and one of the spokes appear to be Scraped, Also not very bad or deep.

My question is where can i get these fixed "The right way", and What is "The Right way" to fix them?

Ive read many threads about having to redo the clear coat many times after having them sanded and repainted, or threads about there Volks Dulling after repairs. If quality is the primary concern rather than price how can i get these fixed? or should I just buy Two new Wheels? let me know what you guyz think.
