It's not a matter of "style"; it's required unless you go to skinny wheels and tires. If that is the style next year, I'm not following it.

front +20mm, rear +25mm.

Thanks Amy - I love mine. Gad her for about 10 years now (bought with 80k). Car is fully worked over, built motor, wild cam, Electromotive TECII standalone engine management, big front mount, T66. ...the whole nine yards. Its basically just a neverending project car!

I did have the rear fenders cut (just that little lip, then they welded, sealed, and coated it). I dont know if i NEEDED to, but i desided i might as well, just incase. The front 255's fit just fine, it looks much better too. I dont understand why everyone insists on going with 245's anyways. The smaller tires seemed to help promote understreer...
My recomendation is to always keep your sizes 20 apart. For example: 225 - 245, 255 - 275, 275 - 295.
