how to remove tire pressure sensor?

how to remove tire pressure sensor?
is it pretty simple to remove the stock tire pressure sensor? do I just use 12mm wrench to unlock the thread and it should come off? I want to make sure before Discount Tire remove them. If there's any special trick, please let me know.
