Default Which wheel? 18x9.5"

I'm looking at 2 different wheels. I've got the pseudo preview in the attachments.

2007 SMB Z.

I'm trying to decide between:
TSW Crofts - gunmetal/machined - 18x9.5 20mm offset
Enkei RPF1 - silver - 18x9.5 38mm offset

rpf1, but not with that offset. +20 or below is what you're shooting for.

BTW, I'm planning on autocrossing this summer, and it's a square setup.

Hey I'm also looking at buying the rpf1 wheels. But your +38 offset is really weak.

Here is an offset chart:
http://www.enkei.com/spec_charts/RPF1.pdf

For the rpf1's I was thinking:
18x9.5 +15
18x10.5 +15

IMO you're choosing between two completely different wheels.

The RPF1 is a very lightweight cast wheel, but the offset you've chosen is completely bogus for absolutely any purpose you may have in mind. This would be a great wheel for most any track events you have in mind and are decent looking to boot. Look for offsets like 15 if you want it to look more "flush" with the fender, but keep in mind this limits the width of the tires you can run. Get around a 20mm offset or slightly greater if you want to run wider tires.

The TSW is likely going to be quite a bit heavier. TSW is a middle of the pack wheel manufacturer, they make good daily driving-type wheels. The offset is decent on these. Get these if you like the way they look and aren't super focused on hitting the track and just want something to make your Z stand out a bit and look better.

Since you said you plan on autocrossing, I'd definitely recommend the RPF1 in around a +20 offset to allow 265 or 275 width tires all around (most brands).

Just adding to what he said above, since the RPF1 doesn't have the proper offsets, you can check out he NT03 , it has proper offsets with a 27 front and 30 rear.

I'd be just starting on the track... I'm not looking to spend more money than I have to...

Well yeah, we aren't saying go spend $6,000 for some Volks or anything. The RPF1 is about the most affordable lightweight wheel there is.

17x10 +25 5ziggen FN01c wheels then , $200 each , and run 275/40's all around. Much cheaper wheels and much cheaper tires.

Skip the TSW's, get the RPF1's with lower offset.

We have a wide variety of wheels available in 18x9.5 +20 fitment that work very well for street, track use, etc.. All of the Rota wheels we carry are very affordable and pass all JWL/VIA standards.

Here are some examples

Rota Torque 18x9.5 +20 (Pictured in Hyper Black)

AutoX use on forum member Glex25's G35

Rota Grid 18x9.5 +20 (22 lbs)

The official wheel on GST Motorsports Impreza L this season (winner of last years Modified Magazine Tuner Shootout and tons of #1 Time Attack finishes).

I also sent you a PM with more info

Definitely get the Enkei RPF1's in a low offset. I've always wanted a set.
