Default Owners of aggressive wheel setups

Update everyone i think im going for some volks with some good specs

im looking at 9.5 22offset wiith 245/35/19 and 10.5 22offset 275/35/19

ive already rolled my fenders but lookin at some other cars they stick out more than that in front.

so my question is wtf do you people do? i think ill still have some rubbing issues if i get spacers on them

lowered on eiback springs BTW lookin at coilovers not sure yet

input from people with coilover and slammed as welll

Most just add camber, but you should be able to get away with front and rear 10mm spacers since you already have the rear rolled.

Those widths in 22 offset are not all that aggressive, in fact most I've heard running that setup with standard width sizes don't even need a roll (but it couldn't hurt).

with your current setup, you should be able to get away with 5mm spacers without rubbing. sticking out too much looks retarded because you have generally do a -3 camber or more plus stretched tires which even more retarded because your performance car get much rubber on the ground thus reducing traction. anything more less than a +12 imho is overkill but some people would sacrifice performance, reliability, and longevity over performance.

You're going to have to stretch your tires if you add the spacers. As I wrote in your other thread probably go with 225/35 front and 245/35 rear

some good people to ask for advice are deviljon, starve, Fatboy.Yoshi, cheanyoung ....or anyone from San Antonio really..LOL

+12 with -2 camber front and rear is completely possible with your tires. Actually you don't even need that much camber up front , only about 1.6 or 1.7.

Genn,,, 1000 posts and this is your concern? Many of us are running +12 with the
same tire setup (sim springs), with rolled rear fenders... This is not a prob.

well do but i have wheels that are 9.5 now in front opposed to my old setup 8.5 so it does stretch it more

and 10.5 in rear opposed to 9.5. its pretty sttetched i dont think i want to go as low as 225 and 245 tires.

Just FYI, +22 all around isn't aggressive. Go with +12

those are far from aggressive

with spacers? all depends

depends on?

the exact tire (the size on the sidewall is pretty useless)

the exact spacer size

camber front and rear

the bottom line is this - there is no magic answer unless you compare 100% identical setups...same exact tire brand/spec, same exact wheel sizes, same exact height. If you want to know for sure what it will take for these to fit your car you've got basically 1 option...put them on and then see what combo of alignment/body mods is needed. Anything sure of that, and at best, it's an (educated) guess
