Prolly more of the balance than the hub centrics. I just got new wheels about 2 weeks ago that arent hubcentric and my rings have not come in yet and my wheels do fine without them. No vibration at all. Its prolly more in the balance or you may have a bent wheel or bad tires. Just hand start all the lugnuts till they are nice and snug then torque them all to 85ft lbs. After you have them rebalanced at a shop that has a road force balancing machine that is and you should be good.
