Are these tires too small on 19" Volk rims?

Thanks for that. Yea I know that they are really small for the rims since many ppl use 245/35 front and 275/35 rear. I dont know what's the point of going with really really stretch tires like this.

theres a huge thread on the stretched look and i dont know why lol. they look terrible if you ask me similar to this crap.
