Default Fender rolling bonanza!!!

Well i just wanted to share some pics of myself rolling a buddies fenders last Sunday. I have an eastwood roller and roll tons of fenders locally. Turns out to be good side money. lol. Anyways i love doing Z's. They seem to be the easiest i have done. Anyways here are the pics.

The tools..

Start with some heat and a hammer.

Trying to look tough. lol

Crappy flat stock fender. Tires hate these!!

Got em started with the hammer.

First couple of passes with the roller.

Pretty much flat. No paint cracks, clean.

Finished product. Before the suspension was lowered and camber set.

He should have pics soon of the car about 2 inches lower and about 3 degress of camber. hehe.

Thanks for looking.

nice work and thanks for showing how its done, I did wonder!!

Heat not an issue for paintwork then?

Also need a phone or a cigarette packet on that rim for an idea of size cause they look gargantuan!!!

I wanna see the stance of this car once the suspension is dialed in.

Very nice. The guy who I paid $90 to do mine used the rubber hammer only...paint flaking off everywhere, I had to do a ****-ton of touch up. You did it much better.

Thanks for the comments guys. The heat doesn't hurt the paint at all, its what keeps it from cracking. Also the Z's only take me about an hour total for both sides.

Barefootracer is the man when it comes to fender rollin and pullin. Specs on the wheels are Work Equips 18x10 +4 18x12 +4...I will have some more pics up this weekend of the whole car. I believe it only took him about 30 minutes a side and you gotta love using a heat gun on a humid 95 degree day.

Clean rolling job! I've rolled fenders with the eastwood and it definately takes practice to get it right.
