Default 370Z Wheels on a 350Z?

Does anyone have pics of the 19s off a 370z on a 350z? Maybe a white 350z if I am lucky?

Question 370z wheels on 350z..Spacers Required?

I purchased the 370z ray's 19's and i am reading from some places that spacers up to 30mm are required.

Is there any conformation on this. What happens w/ no spacers...rub?

There are already a couple of thread on this subject, no need to start another.

Default 370z ray wheels! need advice.

Im currently looking at getting the new 370z Rays wheels. I understand straight up bolting them up the offset would be wrong. The question comes into play what spacers size would i need? I read from two thread that one guys says 20mm and the other said 30mm. Also would this be a wise choice of having a wheel that needs to be corrected by spacers and could it cause any long term damage to the car?

Any help from the community would be great or any POSITIVE ideas on how to go about this.

The rears use similar, if not identical, offset as the 350Z. The fronts will need at least a 15mm spacer to be the same offset as OEM 350Z. Even on a 9in wide front wheel and 10in rear wheel, the OEM 30mm offset is considered "conservative" by most.

OEM offset will award the option to run the most rubber. Spacers with lesser width tires would offer the aesthetic preference for some. Spacers to make the front wheel fit properly, would also probably require longer hub bolts. Adding large spacers can also put additional stress on the OEM hubs.

If using the 15mm spacers only for the front, you may have to also purchase the extended hub bolts for the front. If you wanted to push the fronts out further you may need a second set of spacers for the rear to even out the push, which may also require extended bolts dependent on how far you want to push them out. Whatever deal you think you are getting on the wheels, factor in the cost of additional parts necessary to get this to work, and labor if you aren't capable of putting the additional hardware on yourself.

Add the totals up, and see what ballpark your total cost comes up to. I'd say, if it's at or near $1500, you're better off getting a set of wheels that fit the car without extra parts. Your call though on how much you want the "look" of the 370Z wheels.

You're gonna need different lug nuts too. The 370Z wheels use a different style.

Check out pics here... https://my350z.com/forum/wheels-and-...-nut-pics.html

I assume you've already read this thread, right? https://my350z.com/forum/wheels-and-...n-a-350-a.html

Yes. If you buy a wheel that does not fit, you can jerry-rig the wheel with spacers.

To get these to fit properly, the net difference in cost would probably start to get really close to a nice set of used high end wheels.

Default How can I put 370z 19" oem wheels on '04 350z?

I have an 2004 350z, and I just bought a set of 19" Rays wheels that come with the sport package on the 370z, and I'm wondering if it's possible to put them on my car.

The wheels come with 245/40R19 up front and 275/35R19 in the rear. I don't know what the offset is.

I threw them on, and the rears look ok, but the front wheels don't fit. The tire is definitely rubbing and I'm afraid the wheel is as well.

I saw the sticky thread on the bolt on the rotor. I'm wondering if that will solve my problem or if I have to get spacers and roll my fenders.

Also, the stock lugnuts don't seem to fit well. Do I just buy the OEM lugnuts for the 370z from the dealer?

I appreciate any help.

The front tire rubs where? Inside or outside?

The lug nut that you are using is too short?

My apologies for not searching the forum more before I made this post.

Here are two threads that answer most of the questions:

https://my350z.com/forum/wheels-and-...n-a-350-a.html
https://my350z.com/forum/wheels-and-...s-on-350z.html

However, no one really says if spacers are absolutely necessary for the fronts to fit, and if so what size, or if it's more for looks. It does look like you must purchase the OEM 370z lugnuts though. I'm wondering if the fronts will fit if you just remove the bolt on the front rotors or if rotors are absolutely necessary. Thanks for your help.

You should do a lot more research.....start with the fail bolt FAQ and then the spacers FAQ.

You better read them again. I don't remember which one, or maybe both, but spacers are required from what I recall. That and the 370Z style lug nuts.
