Exclamation Wheel help

Okay, so I am debating wheels and I like the Nakayama and Togues, however, have just begun the search over past couple days.

Think I will run a 18/9" setup on all fours(neutral, ability to rotate)...has anyone done this, and any other tips on rims would be helpful.

Looking for function over appearance, but looks never hurt either.

4-square is popular in autocross - road racing. Racers attempt to solve understeer. Note: This may cause VDC problems.
