Hey guys need opinions!
I'm looking to get a set of rims this summer. Whatever they are gonna be, I am set on 5/6 spoked rims, either flat black or gloss black, with a white pinstripe. I'm also going to get a BBK and paint calipers white.

Just wondering what you guys think that would look like on a PPW?
Remember, black wheels, white pinstripe, and white calipers. Also, GLOSS BLACK OR FLAT BLACK??

I have searched and searched but have not found any pics of this, I have seen people ask about it but nothing visual.

wait, white calipers? that might be hard to keep clean, imho flat black, no white lip, looks clean and aggressive. I have a set of flat black Work Emotion CR Kai waiting for tires to be mounted, will look hawt

 

while you're at it... why not just white out the headlights, the door handles. dont stop there. white out the door sills, get white leather, white steering wheel. hell paint the whole interior white. and in the memory of billy mays... thats not all!!!! hell paint the entire engine bay white!! everyone will be white with envy!

But a white LIP is not what im looking for.

Just picture the time attacks... but with a white pinstripe instead... and either flat or gloss black...with calipers painted white sitting in the background...

With black door handles, my already tinted windows, and other black accents throughout... it should all come together...

and to the OP , while calipers will only look good for 10 to 15 minutes. Red calipers would make a nice contrast.

 

I truly love the time attack look, esp. on a PPW.

Its just that I always tend to stray away from the norm, and whats played out. Same goes with the red brembo look, its absolutely stunning n clean.

Just want to see what else beside RED would look good. If not white (to color match the car) than what else??

 

get red stoptech brakes then , or maybe some red AP's or even Black Wilwoods.

 

well GL keeping that chit clean. I wanted to do white on white a long time ago but I relized my tint was black..so it would make it really hard. I would say find a good contrasting color to white and throw it on the car. Like red, blue, or gold. You can get rims, lugs, BBK in those colors to compliment one another.

Be careful, white calipers will be very hard to keep clean.
