Default 19x9.5f 19x10.5r offsets

I really want the LE37T in this size but am told it will not work and that I will have rubbing issues. Which offsets would work and still look good without fender rolling?

I wanted the +35 lip on the rears but was advised against it? Would this offset on the rears with a +22 offset on the fronts look a little odd or sit pretty flush? I have seen the +22 offset on both front and rear but the rear fenders are rolled. I was advised to stick with 8.5 +22 and 9.5 +22, which is ok but not as agressive as the 9.5, 10.5 setup.

I run 18x9 with 25mm offset, and 18x10 with 25mm rear. Rays Gram Light 57 Pros....just to the edge of the fender...no rubbing with Nismo S Tune and hard cornering.
