Exclamation Question about staggered fitment/Newbie help!!

So I own a 2006 Base 350z and I wanted to finally get some rims. I wanted info because I didn't know if it was really important to run a staggered fitment. I know the stock rims are staggered and run 18 x 8 in the front and 18 x 8.5 in the back, but I'm not going to be racing my car or anything at all so I was wondering if I can run the same size all around or if you guys suggest running staggered anyways. I'm looking to get 18" rims, maybe even 19". ANY advice/suggestions/or help is appreciated because I don't want to buy a certain size or fitment of rims and then regret it, or have my tires wear out quickly, or not have the same handling, or anything else that could happen!? I'm a total newb with this whole topic, so please help! Thanks for taking the time to look and help out.

you can run the same size wheel all around, but know that the overall diameter of the wheel/tire combo is larger in the rear.

Since you own a base model, you don't have to worry about TCS or VDC so the stagger is not really an issue. Yes, you can run the same size tire on all four corners and rotate them, even though your wheel widths are slightly different.

Obviously, if you buy aftermarket wheels, especially if they are different diameters, you won't want to rotate them because it will look stupid having 19" up front and 18" in the rear. Same goes if you have the same diameter but widely different widths, i.e. 9½ front and 10½ rear.

My advice is to spend some time browsing this forum and looking at wheels on Zs. You have to decide if you want to spend the extra $$$ for 19" and the tires that go with them. 18" wheels and tires are cheaper but aren't as visually appealing to a lot of people. It a personal preference thing that you have to decide on.
