I been looking in the market place for almost a week now on the track v2 rim from nissan. Well with my luck i didnt find the rim for sale in the forum. I decided to expand in a google search and came along a site but found on there refurbished rims :/. I have even done a ebay search on the rim which i came up with no luck. I even resorted to calling my local nissan dealership to found out the rim is not even on the catalogue he has.... So what do i do now to find theses rims.

You have to be patient. They're pretty rare to begin with. You don't see too many 06+ Grand Touring Z's around.

I don't see what is wrong with refurbished wheels as long as they're refurbished correctly. Get the company to send you actual pictures of the wheels they're sending out to you before they ship them.
