Default So called replica wheel owners only

There are a lot of Wheel Specific Threads and thought I would start one for us guys who cheaped out .

No H8ters please

The before shot:

See what a decent set of inexpensive wheels did for my DD:

Rota Torque 18x 9.5. Car was lowered approx 1" using Eibachs.

So whacha got?

Ohhh and if you look real close (3rd pic), I painted my stock calipers black.

I get that all the time. Actually the tires are considered "asymmetric non-directional" Hard to explain without seeing how they work or playing it out in your head, but essentially there's no other way to mount them. They were meant to mount with the thick tread band on the medial side of the car. No matter what, the tread direction will always look like that from the car.

The 35 profiles give me the same rolling diameter as stock, thus my speedo is not off and my TCS doesn't not complain.

Can we get some more shots? I'm looking to run those same sizes on my LMGT4's but hadn't seen anyone with that setup. Do you have any straight on shots, close-ups of where the tire meets the rim, etc? Are your rims 9.5 all around? It looks like they are.

Yes, wheels are 9.5 all around. These are the only images I have showing the tire rim/tire relationship. Hope it helps.

I really like the way those black P45Rs look on a black Z. I am curious as to how they look in bronze on the same car. I don't think I have yet to see a black Z with those rims in bronze.

Dont think they're replica's maybe milano rep's???? but they were cheap and ive had them for 4 years now. They've held up well, are not heavy, and get compliments all the time. Oh they're ASA somethings.

Thanks, looks good. I like how the wider tire kind of protects the lip of the wheel unlike the regular 245/275 setup that I have on mine.

Will 275's fit in an 8.5" wheel though? I know 255's fit on the stock 8" just fine.
