I have an 03 Touring Z, It has chrome rims and BFG tires, that def wouldn't work in the snow. So I also have 4 03 Nissan stock 17s that came with my altima. Can I use those rims on the Z in the winter with the proper tires? I know there could also be a problem with the tire pressure system. let me know, Thanks

 

It should fit no problem both are 5x114 and both have the same center bore 66.1. There should be no problem as long as it clears the brakes
