Default Wheel Upgrade Question

I drive a 2007 350z Touring Coupe with the 18 inch factory 5 spoke wheels with 225/45/18 fronts and 245/45/18 rears. These are a very nice wheel, however I am looking to go to 19 inch wheels and have fallen in love with the 19 inch split 5 spoke wheels that are offered on the 2009 370z with sport package (245/40/19 f and 275/35/19 r). Would these be compatible with my 2007 350z ? I have heard that going to bigger wheels can affect the VDC system and mess-up handling dynamics ?

Isn't it a 245/40-18" on the front?

Nope, the fronts are too tall. You will need 245/35 and 275/35. Did you read the Top 100 Questions thread? This is all addressed there.

245/40/19 will be too big in diameter. 275/35/19 will be ok for the rears. You need to replace the front tires to 245/35/19 or get 255/35/19
