tire store f'd one up. they said they can repair it, but i heard the clear coat and paint can never look the same?

it soo.. i just wanna skip the repair proccess and tell them to replace it!

Better than that - I got a LE37T repaired. I can't tell where it was fixed. Contact Rick at VIPStatus, one of the vendors here.

Yeap. It took several weeks but I had no choice. LE37Ts aren't made anymore so I couldn't buy a new one, nobody was selling a used single wheel, only sets. Status doesn't actually do them, they have a subcontractor who does it.

Your alternative it to send it back to Rays but that would probably take 6+ months.

 

I have the same problem I want to match my 2 silver te's to the 2 bronze i have, but the lip is a diff finish from the wheel itself so idk maybe Ill have to paint all 4

 

my tip, get them to pay for a new wheel; my wife curbed my pias super rozzas before and the repair looked poor. i think legally, you must provide them an opportunity to "repair" the wheel, after they attempt to fix the issue... just tell them that you are not happen with the end result. get yourself a new wheel! hope that everything works out for you.
