I didn't flame until you made me repeat myself. I understand you are on a small budget but you more than likely won't be happy with your new set of wheels on such weaksauce tires and would probably end up spending more than what you would have had you gone about it the right way.
You can get some pretty nice Enkei's without tires for $1000, than just save up for some 35 series tires and you can sell your stocks once you have swapped.

Maybe you should look at picking up some used Rays GT wheels. Just right for that budget and tires may work. Worse case scenario you would need new rear tires. No huge lip but nice forged wheels for the price.
or the 19" G35 Wheels which are made by Rays as well. Those are pretty sick with spacers.
Ok here's a nice answer that will hopefully help you out then. Just like Dan said earlier, if you're shopping for wheels to fit your current tires, you're going about it the wrong way. You'll have to find some aftermarket wheels that are about the same width as your stock ones, which are pretty narrow. If you want your new aftermarket wheels to look good, you'll need to go wider and get lower offsets. If you can't afford to do that, you should probably just stick with the stock wheels. Stock wheels look a million times better than some ghetto wheels with crap fitment

You only waited 7 months for them. I hope I get my Volks this week. 4 months and counting.

Here is standard sizes most Z guys run.
18x9.5" in the front you will want either 245,255,265, you will want something with an offset of 25 or lower
18x10.5" in the rear you will want 275 or 285, you will want something of 25 or lower.
Same goes for 19" you will want 19x9.5" and 19x.10.5"
the lower the offset the more the wheel stick out, also the lower the offset the more likely you will rub if you are running a large tire.
Currently I am running 18x9.5 +22 offset and 18x10.5 +18 offset on 265x35 in the front and 275x35 in the rear. I am also adding 10mm spacers which make my offsets +12 and +8.

I didn't know much about size/offsets either until I decided to buy my new wheels. I did probably a few weeks worth of good research before I decided to go ahead and buy them. Dan gave some really good examples of wheel sizes and offsets that will look good on the Z
