if it says 'japan' and 'monoblock', it most likely reprinted the 'volk racing' that appears on the same portion of the rim face.
It appears (clockwise from the valve stem hole, 2 spots over, between (agin clockwise from the spoke preceding the valve stem) the 2nd and 3rd spoke.
This section of the rim can only be seen in the first pic the OP posted I think, on the bronze set of knock off rims. There is clearly language printed on the rim, though I cannot definitively say what is says (bad resolution), there is writing in the same location so we can assume if they copied JWL, Japan, Forged Monoblock and the other markings (when they are neither JWL, from Japan or forged monoblocks) that it also duplicated the Volk Racing.
Rays appears on the back of the rim spoke, and it is also probably there, though I cannot confirm it. If Mackin gets involved they can surely buy a set and prove this. I am not however.

Whatever is imprinted into the wheel face definitely does not say "Volk Racing" or "Rays Eng". Plus, the font is nowhere near the Genuine Volk style.
I doubt anyone is dumb enough to actually rep them as Genuine "Volks", they are clearly stated as "replicas"...

^^ atleast someone agrees with on the what it says.. i looked at the bronze and gold wheels like u said and the lettering isnt even the same. i dont think they would be dumb enough to put "volkracing" on them
i dont know whats up with all the hate on these.. the quality is obviously no where near the same but for the price it really isnt a bad wheel at all for normal driving.

"Monoblock, Japan, Forged" and have the JWL symbol. They basically replaced the Volk Racing or rays part with "Japan" lol I jumped the gun a bit and just thought they copied everything on the TE's since they have every other phrase on their fakes.

I don't these pictures are hi-res enough to get a clear enough look at either logo.
and the slight difference in the shape of the 'Y' in Rays, could be due to sharpness loss in the duplication of the rim when making the mold.
I also believe that the TE37 only has all the writing around the rim on certain sizes, maybe the 19 inch only?
here is a decent shot of a real TE37:
You can also see the different font used for 'monoblock' in it. and not sure, the authentic also says 'made in japan', not just 'japan', explaining the odd spacing.
