What kind of fitment are you aiming for? If you're aiming for an aggressive fitment the first thing to do is sell the 18s and get some wider 19s.
If you're keeping the 18s, you need to start with a 10mm front spacer and a either a 20mm or 25mm rear spacer, depending on how much camber you are going to run.

Small ones, given those offsets.

So you are suggesting a 18x9.5 +0 front and 18x9.5 -20 rear? With what sized tires? 185 front and 165 rear?

How low are you and what are your alignment settings? A lot of possibilities here.

Well... Im on H&R sport springs and KONI shocks, so im guessing its about 1.2"/1" drop, as for alignment settings... Well i'm not sure because the drop is new to the car and I have not brought it in to be aligned. Also I have a K Sport Rear Camber Kit that is not installed yet....
Thanks

If you want anything that's considered a "typical" sized tire, you are going to need to roll your rear fenders big time.

So your saying your running.. 18'' rims 9.5 with -10 and fitting a 245 40 tire if i understand you right? Did you have to roll you fenders? Are you lowered? Or is that what the spacers bring it to? I plan on rolling my fenders..
