Tire pressure drops to 30 psi always

For some reason my stock left rear tire will drop from whatever tire pressure I put in down to about 30psi cold ~70F over 2 or 3 days of driving. Anyone know what i should check for to keep the air in my tire?

Have the tire checked out, it probably has a nail in it.

what should your psi be at normally?
