I want to purchase a set of R-Compund tires for my 2003 Track Pack. I'm going to retain the factory 18" Ray's wheels. I's like to go bigger than stock width, both front and back. Any suggestions on sizing and which tire works best. Thanks guys.

I wouldn't go larger than 255 front and 265 rear on the stock 8/8.5s, though the tires you'll consider may not come in those sizes. For autox-only applications, larger than these values is seemingly fine. I was referring to tire sizes on those wheels for HPDEs.
