I noticed when I was walking to my car, that the left rear wheel sticks a little bit farther out than the right rear wheel. Is this normal? If not, what do I need to do? If you need more info, then let know.

Also, on my front left wheel, it has about 6-7 weights on the inside of the rim. On the front right, it has 1. I know wheels need to be balanced, but this seems like such a drastic difference. Is this normal?
