Default Wheel/Tire Questions

Hi Guys,

Hoping to get some clarification here, I'm looking to buy some stock 17's for the winter months for my Z. I have two questions for the wheel/tire experts here.

1.) Will my car be lower when I put on 17 inch rims instead of 18's or 19's? The tires on the stock 17's would be 225/50/17 and 235/50/17

2.) And also, is there anything really wrong about having two different tires on the car? For example, 2 front tires would have bridgestones, and the 2 rear tires would have another brand of tire. (the car will not be driven very hard with this setup).

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the advice in advance,
Dan

Thanks for the quick reply, it only matters because it the spring/summer/fall months I can deal with being lower and not parking in the driveway, but in the winter I have to be able to get in the driveway. I'm pretty sure that it'll be fine, my driveway is such a ***** no matter how much you angle the car.

Tire height is tire height. 17 or 20 inch wheels. I don't know what to say.

Yea nothings worse than a bad driveway, I just don't have enough money to shell out for the roberuta cup kit. That would be very convenient. Usually I just avoid any driveways.
