It really boils down to a question of quality. XXR wheels fall into a "cheap" category. Most people would feel the price of them is a reflection of quality. I would say just buy whatever you feel comfortable with and is your taste.

I personally wouldn't run xxr's just because from what research I've done their quality is very poor hence why they are so cheap. If your looking for some good wheels that don't break the bank id go with a set of rota's. They also carry many wheels in gold. http://www.wheeldude.com/catalog/ind...16_118_218_120

Gold is good for the most part. I ran it for a while on my G. A red rx7 put the gold on and looked wayyyy better.
Those XXR's aren't very good in person. I would go a different route on a 350.

no problem wtih XXRs saying that i have owned them in the past.
the problem is the wheels dont really look that great in person like someone had already stated.
i would probably look into the 19"P45Rs in gold.
or pick up the XXR521s and powder coat them gold. That is what i am most likely gonna do later on down the road.

that setup is very nice......i know what i DONT want and thats chrome. im not a big fan of chrome on a bright colored car. imo it takes attention away from the car.
i also dont want a rim thats heavier than stock. i dont see hardly any cars down here with gold colored rims and i am trying to go with a simple, clean look with nothing ricey or gaudy.
i also like the way some white, gunmetal, silver rims look on z's, i am more focused on the style than color though
