Black, cant imagine white looking good on a blue car. I think Mag Blue would look great.

White Works look great on my car and i can't imagine any other color. I might upgrade soon to VS-XX or TS-1 in white

Good luck. Hope they come out nice. Powdercoat with gloss is the only way to go. That way you'll be able to clean and spray the rims off easily when they get dirty. be prepared to get used to cleaning your rims more frequently now
