Default 72.5 to 66.1 Hub Centric Ring help

Does anyone know where I can buy a hub centric ring that converts a 72.5 bore to a 66.1???

All I found were 72.62 to 66.1, not sure if the .06mm will make a difference?

Also my new wheels spacers have a OD 73mm hub, do they need to be hub centric as well?

you would have to try it, to me .060 is a lot..but then again a BFH can be persuasive.....

yes, if the spacers are 73, then the spacers themselves wont sit on the hub of the Z......

pics of spacers????

do they look like this with 73mm inner diameter?

or, like this with a lip on it, that has 73mm inner diameter? if so what is the lip outter?

if like the first pic, you would need rings like this, that slip in...

1. BBS CH wheels have 72.5 hub

2. Spacers look like:

no lip around it so the inner circle measure 73mm, do i need to purchase wheel spacer rings or can i just put on the regular hub centric ring?

I mean the rings are only $10 so might as well try it out?

If your spacers do not have the lip i would run the rings and try it. If not itll cause vibrations.

OKay, so your gonna need the ring that nest inside like the rings shown here.....that will snug up the spacer to the lip of the hub on the Z.

NOW, the ring will then protrude out (like shown on the left pictured spacer) and you will need another ring that fits on that and adapts to your wheel 72.5mm......

thats where the typical ring spacer comes into play.........and if its .060" to big, and a hammer doesn't work, then hit up your local machine shop lathe.....

I have had custom hubcentric rings made before to adapt to certain wheels....

no...you need the protruding lip so that you can put "wheel" rings on the lip that will mate to the 72.5 of the wheel? get it...

seems like no one sells the centric rings that sit inside the wheel spacer, the KIC's are only meant for their own spacer i think, cant find the OD...anyone know the OD of the KICS hcr?

sorry for the bump, but just to be clear, when installing spacers with hubcentric rings (ichiba v1) do you need to use both the rings that came with the spacers and the hubcentric rings on the wheels themselves? Or is it only necessary to use the spacer's rings?

I only used the spacer's rings my rear wheels and never encountered any vibrations.

Thank you. I've read both ways but I want to be sure of things like that because my brother had a wheel fall off on the freeway and since then i've been overly cautious.

You need to use rings to pair the spacer to the hub, re-read all the post above......and you need to ensure that the wheels pair to the spacers......get where im going with this.....???

the wheel needs to be concentric to the hub....wheel has to have the same center at the z hub.........ie, no vibration......

I had rings on the wheels before the spacers. Are the new 66.1 rings that came with the ichiba spacers to center the wheel and the spacer or just the spacer? It does protrude from the spacer.
