If you want less meet with more stretch, i'd run a +0 offset. 225/35/19 and 245/255/35/19 would be the best.

Also, do you think I would have problems with these sizes with stock 350z fenders and struts using 225/35 in the front and 245/35 in the back?

People are inquiring for pricing. Depending on what size and offset, we will notify them whether its in stock or not upon inquiring. I dont understand how its "effed up" when i told you that they are back-ordered before you decided to order the wheels. If it was after you ordered, i would completely understand.
