i was not happy with the wait either but, man i love these (+12) and were well worth the wait in my opinion.

wish they'd send me a new center cap tho! mines was cracked...they just sit in the box taped (supposed to be anyway) and if they come loose they just float around.

BC is holding up great! No squeaky noises or anything. Currently maxed out and does not ride harsh at all.

Yes it will work without rubbing on non-rolled fenders running 245/275 tire.
