Default HELP me pick out aggressive tires + rims !

Thats my z

I'm looking for 19 inch black rims with a chrome lip. I've been googling quite a bit, but don't know which companies are the best, which rims are the hottest, or which sites are the best to order from.

So please reccomend me some black w/ chrome lip rims with the total price of all 4 rims/tires being around $2,000

Also, I don't really know **** about tire sizes and all that. I want an aggressive look as such:

What size tires should I get for this look?

Thanks all....hoping for some good reccomendations

you won't get nothing aggressive with that budget maybe with $2000 just for wheels no tires you can maybe get a deal....to be a little aggressive you will need at least a 9.5 front with 0 offset and 10.5 -8 on the rear......Hope this helps

^^ You serious brah?

19x9.5 +0 and 10.5 -8 for "little" aggressive? LOL More like 19x9.5/10.5 +22 is little agressive. +12 is not bad. +0 is not "little" aggressive. Depending on how aggressive you want to go, how low, how much camber, etc. it all depends. But +0 and -8 is not "little" aggressive my friend.

This is +0 and it is pretty aggressive, he isn't even lowered all the way.

Search for a used set up. People change their minds constantly, and used parts go for 50-90% of new depending on condition.

yeah the knock-off te37's for 1200 but you wont get great tires for 800 leftover.

i would stay in the +10=+25 offset range to avoid having to deal with camber problems and uneven tire wear.

wheel size front 8.5-9.5 inch
wheel size rear 9.5-10.5 inch

tire size front 225-265mm
tire size rear 245-305mm (285mm+ you will have to roll your fenders though)

this blue Z is rolling with 19x9.5 +/- 0 and 19x10.5 +/- 0 and he is sitting flush but not aggressive and as you can see from the pic he posted he wants to run camber, stretched tires and negative offsets....and don't even think of going with 8.5 for the front if you want to be aggressive.....Hope you get a deal on some aggressive wheels good luck...

Yup not flush at all, his wheels stick out almost an inch. Flush would be +20 area. But that car is definatly aggressive.

Sure you can. If you find the right deals and what not, you can find the Varrs +0 for less than $1200 and find tires for $750-800 shipped. I was looking at the Hankook V12's and they get great reviews in 245/275/35/19. I think it's an awesome looking setup (blue Z) I'm not a fan of lips that stick out 2 inches past the tire, but I like aggressive and somewhat meaty tires, so that's what I'm going for.

If you want a huge liip, then go 19x11-19x12 with - offset and run 225/35, will look awesome y0.

Lol, that's what I'm trying to tell him. That car is not flush, the top of the rim is barely flush and that is running what, -3 or -4 camber in the rear? If he didn't have that much neg. camber, the wheel would stick out past the fender. 19x9.5/10.5 +0 is pretty aggressive.

you need to get a drop BEFORE you get wheels or else your just going to be sitting high on some low offset rims...major IMO...

lol so running the wrong offsets requiring tons of negative camber and rubber bands for tires is now "aggressive"? no no you guys are doing it wrong. running 285/295/305 in the rear with wheels flush to the fenders with the proper camber is aggressive.
