Default Ray's Wheels, 45 mm offset, will they fit?

Hey guys, sorry for the dumb question but I searched and can't seem to find an answer. I have a 2004 350Z roadster. Any idea if these will fit without spacers?

Rays Engineering 57F(aka Gram Lights 57F)
Size: 18 x 8.5"
Offset: 45
Holes: 5x114
Tires: 225/40/18

Offset is way to low for 8.5 wide wheels, You can get extra big spacers but thats pushing it...

Sounds good guys, thank you. They're listed for a great price so I figured I'd check it out. I appreciate your help!

If your car is on stock suspension you will be fine with that setup. That is what I ran with no issues, but when I lowered my car it started rubbing.

because of the terrible offset, the inside of the rim was rubbing on the upper control arm

I have a feeling those wheels were on a FWD car.

Glad we could stop you from making a big mistake.
