Default Grand touring wheels gloss black?

I am thinking of getting my GT wheels powder coated gloss black, I need some opinions....
My Z is black on black
The wheels are the 19s out back and 18s in the front.

I thought about doing that too but decided against it. Instead I bought a set of the Nismo wheels. Exact same wheel but in charcoal.

After:

If you want a black wheel, I would go with an entirely different one. I really like this guy's set up on his black Z. Not sure how the red stripe would look with your orange calipers though.

Thanks Spork. I just need to paint the handles black now. Did you sell your new car already?

The "kit" you put together does look good. The NISMO wheels aren't in great supply, as I've been perusing as well. Why the front tow hook? I think it ruins how the car looks from the front (opinion).

I don't disagree. I went without it for a while and just didn't like the big hole in the bumper. I'm not a fan of either look, but I think the hook is the better of the two evils.
I used to get asked why there was a hole in my bumper, now I get asked what the hook is for. Not sure which is worse.

Ah, I didn't realize that. I actually had to drill a hole IN my bumper (NISMO V2 replica) to accommodate the tow hook. I guess you could say "the hole is for the factory tow hook" or you could fill the hole and have it painted. I'd think the hook would invite more questions than the hole, but I understand your debacle now.

i've seen the same style tow hook on other z's with the V2 bumper and it looks fine. plus it serves a purpose

+1 on the tow hook, I just painted the OEM red and use it. Call me a ricer but I like the look. LOL

BTW, I just noticed your exterior setup I really like it.
