How did they do this???
I was looking through the SEMA 2003 pictures and i came across this: 
How did they do that, and how much would that cost? That looks very nice IMO.

Looks like they chrome plated it. I'm not sure how they do it, but I do know that there are shops that offer services like that. If you don't life in a large city, you are probably out of luck.
