Default Work T1S w/ Black anodized lip

Finally after about 10 months of searching and going back on forth on different wheels I've decided on what I want.

I'm going to empty out my wallet on Black Work T1S wheels with the black anodized stepped lip as seen in the pics below.

I've never been a fan of 20" rims but the stepped lip on the G35 looks pretty clean. If I go with 19's I'm afraid it will look small due to the stepped lip. However the plan is to drop the car fairly low which might be a problem with 20's...your thoughts?

I will roll the fenders but prefer no camber...if I must I will allow very little camber to make these fit. I need to know what is the most aggressive offset I can go with these specific wheels that will clear brembos. I've searched without any luck. Btw I'll be going with 9.5 on the front and 10.5 on the rear

Cheers

why not go with wider wheels? and offsets depend on how low you are willing to go and how much camber. if you want the look of that G you should consider 19x10 front and 19x11 rear with about 0 offset all around.

dude, I see you're from Toronto, and I'm gonna politely as possible try to discourage you from doing the stretch/poke/slammed thing you see in the pictures you posted, just go flush with decent offsets but don't go too crazy, no way you can pull off that look in Toronto and not bend a rim in the first week.

I just spent 6 months in Toronto with my coupe, and I'm rolling on 35 series tires, you guys got the worst streets I have ever seen, and I've driven all over Europe from England down to Greece, and all through Canada from Vancouver to Montreal.

a good FLUSH offset in the specs you posted would be +10 front and +5 rear. 255 tires up front and do 275 tires in the rear for a very mild stretch and with these specs you won't have to go crazy with camber either.
That is my advice to you from my first hand experience driving around there.

good luck

they don't make 19x11's for the rear in a step-lip...only up to 10.5...here is it on my car..same wheels

I dont drive the Z daily, mainly on weekends and the routes I normally take wouldn't cause any problems however I do see your point.

That being said by going with 19x9.5+10 front and 19x10.5+5 rear cause any fitment issues over brembos?

^ with no camber and those offsets, ur gonna be pokin like ron jeremy.

BBK and brembo fitment deal with disk type, not offsets.
stick with R-disk up front and u'll be ok. rears can do whatever disk u like.

Am I making the wrong decision by going with 19's on a stepped lip?

MrToeKnee has them in 20's and it looks clean.

Jacob350z is running 19's I beleive...thats according to one of his posts.

Those offsets should still give me somewhat of an aggressive look?

non step-lip is always gonna look bigger cuz there's a bigger face..and 20's will always fill up your fenders more..but with a better drop, that can also be achieved with the 19's too..i have black 19's now and people sometimes confuse them for 20's just b/c they're black and blends in more..i also got 19's now b/c of the roads..not as safe with the 20's with less rubber...
