wheel locks stem caps

I have work emotions 11r. how much are wheel locks?
also, the shop i went to didn't put back my step caps for my volks. how much do they run?

Similiar situation here man!...I just noticed earlier today when I was washing my car Discount Tire didn't put my Rays caps on my rears. Got two new tires last week. They put some cheap ones on there, as soon as I saw it I called and manager said they can't find them, but will reimburse me. Even so the day was ruined....
