i just bought rims and tires and the dealership says the front tires i ordered is not safe for the rim. the front rim is 19x8.5 and the tire is 245 35 r19. the guy said because most of the weight is in the front if i go over bumps my rim might get damaged. but now im looking at some of the other applications people have and they have the same setup as mine. his main concern was the side wall was too thin and needed at least a 40 sidewall. i need a second opinion.
We're putting 245/35-19's on a front pair of Advan RZ-DF wheels right now.
I'd stay away from the dealership, we recommend Kauffman Tire if you have a store local to you. Most of their stores are equipped with up to date mounting machines that will not damage your wheels during installation.

But I'd go with 245/35/19 since you're in Florida. Unlike Chicago, Florida roads are way better.
