I just bought a pair of 19'' rims for my Z fronts are 19'' by 8'' and backs are 19'' by 9.5'' and the rim manufacture say 245 by 35 for front and 275 by 45 tiers for back, wondering if the tiers will rub in the front should I go smaller or…

 

Rear tire is 76 mm taller than front. Is this the look you are going for?

To answer your question - no they won't rub. To head off other problems, those sizes are not correct, you want 245/35/19 in front, 275/35/19 in rear. The 245/275 combo work great when you use the same profile front and rear.
