not sure if this is of any interest, but i just recently found out that there are center caps adapter available from Rays for those TE37SL rims.

http://www.nengun.com/rays/rays-te37...ap-adapter-set

it was a bit of a deal braker for me to not have the option to put on some center caps...but since that's fixed i might a set of TE37SL too.

Old news. There are also alternatives out there than buying rays. I don't like them because they fall out under track use.

It's only held in by friction of the o-ring.

Incorrect.

Normal center caps have an o ring yes but it goes into a small lip machined into the bore. TE37sl have no such lip. The adapters stay in the bore only by putting pressure on that rubber o-ring.

ooooooh now i see :O why don't they have this small lip?? it's stupid not to put it there from Rays...doesn't do anything to weight or strengh of the wheel it self.

It actually does make a difference. With the bore being bigger and no able to fit a center cap, the wheels get lighten. The SL is 400gram lighter than previous te37 and the rt is the same weight while being ~5% more rigid.

Face of the wheel is at the top in the above diagram.

They further shave down areas of the wheel while strengthening others. Normal TE37's are already light...I love what they did on the SL.

I do too! Im not too upset without the centercap since i made my own for 30 bucks. I care more about the fact that my 18×9.5 only weights 18lbs. My ce28rt should be even lighter than that! Volk is doing a wonderful job shaving weights on their wheels.

Their ultra track edition weight around 23lbs for a set of 20x10 thats insanely light for 20s!

Hello,

Any help to decide my setup for 2016...I'm thinking in to buy a set of Volk TE37V in 18" but I'm very confused about the offsets and sizes options...

Those are the datails provided by rays:

http://www.rayswheels.co.jp/products...ARK-II&lang=en

Looks like 10.5 + 15 or +0 will fit but the rim depth look too small to me...I don't unterestand too much about the negative offset or inset so....any help will be appreciated!!

Basically I would like to get the must aggressive/ concave setup for our 350z, I was thinking into square setup but with this wide range of offsets I don't know wich one will be the best.

Experts, please any help?

With the 10.5+15 youll be getting the face 2. Which is slight concave. Its in the middle of extreme concave and flat face. Its also the best looking really.
