Thanks BZNYA for the info. I have enhanced and expanded on BZNYA's installation and thought I would share my version on 19" HREs.
I basically did the same thing as BZNYA but reversed the TPS sensor on the clip. This way the clip and TPS becomes one unit helping prevent the TPS from rotating on the band.
I also installed industrial two sided weather proof tape to prevent any possibility of the band and TPS rotating on the wheel.
I also used thread lock on the nut connecting the TPS.
The valve stem on my wheels weighed in at 1.6 oz and the TPS and hardware weighed in at 2.0 oz. I mounted the sensor opposite of the valve stem so there is now a .4 oz difference between the two sides which is better than having no TPS at all. I foresee no problems balancing the wheels.
Here is a picture:

Do I understand correctly that the change you made was mounting the TPS body on top of the bent plywood clip instead of on the band off the clip?
Lastly, where did you buy the clips and what size are they? The ones I see at Home Depot or Lowes seem quite large to fit under a 35 series tire. Did you buy the tape at the same place?

Right. The TPS sensor sits on top of the clip and the clip is stuck to the tape.

Thanks! I'll go today......I think I hear one of my TPSs bouncing around in my HRE right now. I need to get Discount Tire to mount them as you suggested.

Yeah, I mounted my TPS sensors in my HREs as suggested by HRE and all four sensors were loose and bouncing around within the first 300 miles. I was hesitant about putting them back in but I am confident with this method.

Discount had to replace one of my sensors today that had the valve stem broken. However, the new sensor isn't registering on the display. Anyone know what I have to do to "tune in" that sensor to the receiver?

I'm very interested. I'm ordering some 19's and want the tps to work. Is there a wal to put these on without having to take off the tires? I'm not tire/rim specialist, but can you just pell the tire back and hook this up and then get them balanced. I dont' want to have to buy tires and rims, have a shop take the tires off and then put this stuff on and go back to the shop.

Buy the wheels. Mount the sensors on the new wheels....THEN mount the tires. THEN put the new wheels on the car.
Tires have air in them when mounted. You can't "peel them back" and work on the wheel.

Shipping on wheels and tires together is about $40 less than shipping seperately. But I guess that's the price I gotta pay.
Do the tires on the stock rims have to be removed to get out the TP sensors?

Yup...pretty much. The sensor is part of the valve stem where you put air into the tire. It senses the pressure inside the tire and transmit the information to the receiver in the car.

I went to Lowes earlier to try to find the parts but no luck for me. I tried to look for hose clamps under Plumbing section. But they didn't anything that's long enough for my rims(19"). I did the measurement. The circumference of the rim is about 56" = 4' 8". So where can I find those? Will some industrial nylon zip lock string work? Also, what kind of double sided tape should I use? What section at home depot/lowes can I find weatherproof double sided tapes?
PS: I can't even find the hose clamp online! HELP!
