From what I read, he mentions making the bands himself from parts obtained at Home Depot.

Thanks! I actually just got back from homedepot. I bought 3 short bands and connected them together! It works! woohoo! Time for bed.

I was able to find on-poece bands that were long enough from a local shop called Amazon Hose and Rubber. I asked for bands that would fir a 20 inch diameter and they had plenty. All four were about $20. www.amazonhose.com

I ended up getting HRE bands from the shop where I bought my rims, F1 Motorsports, so I returned the others to Amazon.

Contact Amazon and see if they can ship you some if you don't like the idea of getting several pieces from Home Depot.
