6 years and I have never seen this work. Where the OP buys something that a member recommends. Never.

Lol @ davidv.

Try some enkei rp03s, they are sweet and not too expensive.

RFP1, classic styling, lightweight race inspired, very reasonably priced. win win and win.

I say sit back, stack money, keep your eye on the used wheel websites and forums and treat yourself to something nice. Unless its a beater wheel or something I would use for a set of spare wheels I would never buy enki or rota for a 350z. You want it to look good buy something that you know will make it look good in your eyes. Dont rush and buy a set of wheels just to say you have some wheels and I would never buy a set of RPF1's unless i needed drift spares.

Exactly. I love my z to death, but I still don't think it deserves every single authentic, expensive automotive product on the market. I don't understand why people get so butthurt when others buy replicas. There are always going to be people buying the real thing, even if the cheaper alternative is available. And for those who still want to mod their cars, but don't want to spend a few k on wheels for a z, they have replicas.
I only buy quality parts for my car, but that doesnt mean I wouldnt buy replicas if the quality is on par with the real deal, or the cheaper price justifies buying the more expensive part. We all know xo2 is crap compared to hks, so purchasing the real hks is a wise move. However, if the varrstoens can hold its own by not cracking or bending, then its a good deal for its price.

You do realize that Enkei makes wheels for F1 cars, etc.....don't you? I would bet their manufacturing process, attention to detail, and consistency are among the best in the world. On top of that.....they happen to be reasonable priced........I guess that makes them not "baller" enough.

Edit....this wheel look familiar?

i never understood why people replace perfectly fine oem wheels with cheaper, weaker, and uglier sets of so called "aftermarket" wheels

with that said i like the varrosteons, they look nice. I would never rock replicas tho...the te replica rotas are ugly imo

well, their marketing clearly worked... most of their wheels are jokes, but i can respect their dedication to the true enthusiasts with their "racing series".

i'd suggest PF01's if the op was willing to go with 18's instead. at least they come in the widths he wants and pretty decent offsets and barely anyone has them because they're so new. it's nice not seeing the same crap all the time.

you can throw in all that did you know BS all day but be honest do you think enki builds every wheel to an F1 expectation. I dont think so, get me a price on those RPF1's you love so much and a price on that wheel in that pic. Im sure the price difference will speak for itself.

cheap 19 suggestions are xxr, rota/linea corse, five axis, and varrstoenn (cheap being around 1k give or take $200). Those are the brands at the top of my head. take your pick!

F1 wheels are made of magnesium.....obviously they are not the same, but I am simply pointing out that this isn't some wheel company working out of a Chinese sweatshop or dude in his shed in Illinois.
