Explain your logic
i don't know when people started thinking modifying cars was a cheap hobby. if i'm going to drive a car around that i've put my time and money into, it's going to be built right with the best parts. if i can't afford the best, i'd rather have nothing at all. that's my logic.

Out of all the crap responses this is the most helpful.

I feel you, I do.

But IMO I'd rather buy a knock off and be able to actually get it. Than to get nothing at all. Otherwise I wouldn't be here, otherwise I would have never touched my car.

I just don't think it makes much sense to have a bunch of mods that are worth more than the vehicle itself.

From your own profile....
the 350z:
zankoku coilovers
spl rear camber arms
5x114.3 to 5x120 adapters/spacers
19x10 +24 bmw 7-series wheels
235/35 f and 245/35 r cheap-o tires

I don't understand the stretch tire/hellaflush crew for a number of reasons, but most notable is the knack for you guys to spend a months salary on a set of wheels, and find the cheapest tires available to put on them. If that weren't enough........you take said cheap-o-tires (which are generally garbage when run on correctly sized wheels) and destroy the limited sidewall integrity that was there in the first place.

/rant.

Kids these days always find the easiest way out of everything.

True Enthusiasts don't mean anything nowadays.

damn, i knew someone would call me on that, but i decided to drop it, figuring that no one would troll me. WRONG. and you're a mod? great job.

anyway... i drift. in my situation, my "rules for building a car" allow non-sponsored drivers to use cheap tires/aero since they/it will just be destroyed in an event or two.

/internet preaching

Holy **** *****! You drift with that wheel/tire combo?

Vids or ban.

Edit: I'm just screwing with you man. Not trying to troll you. All in fun, feel free to take a poke at me if you want. There's more than enough material.

I actually would like to see some vids if you have them. I like seeing people using these cars for what they are intended, rather than sitting and collecting dust like mine. Sigh, there's just nothing around here except drag strips.

Here's hoping we actually helped the op out.

If not OP feel free to say so.

Not to mention they participate in all forms of motorsports... You want lightweight solid wheel... get RPF1's.
