thanks. that makes me feel better, especially coming from someone with similar offsets.

Edit: will i need to roll my fenders if i go, +22 in the front and +12 in the rear?

rolling the fenders really depends on how low your car really is and also the type of tire since some run bigger/smaller than other brands.

why not roll them just to be safe?

FYI, most people who work at discount tire don't know their *** from a hole in the ground so take what they say with a grain of salt.

The guy at the store was trying to get at the more weight you have away from the hub (ie more negative the offset), the more stress it puts on your wheel bearings.

That is 100% accurate. If +12 is any worse than +22, who knows.

Tires

F 245/35/19
R 275/35/19

Ok, so i just got back from discounttire and the guy was quoting me on some tires, and i was telling him the specs on the wheels i was hoping to get (above) and he swears up and down that the offset is "too aggressive" and, in the long run, it will cause suspension problems. but i tried telling him that i have seen over 50 cars with these wheels and exact offsets before. he is telling me i should stagger the offsets as well, and go

19x9.5 +22
19x10.5 +12

So im not sure what to do, because i have seen pictures and in-person 350z's with the wheels on it. but he says it will not work.

Basically i want everything 100% flush.

**I am lowered on Tanabe GF210's as well (1.0"/1.2")

Had my 2.2.2s for a while but was in "lifted truck" status. I got some GF210s so the gap is standable now. anyway... pix!

Mine? Yes they are polished. And if you're worried about a twin, don't be, I'm on the west coast!

what size tires are you running? i'm currently dropped on gf210 also and debating on getting 285's or 275's in the rear. so wanted to see what you were running since the drop is identical. thanks
